The amount varies based on the loan program, purchase price, and your financial goals. In addition to your down payment, you'll want to budget for closing costs, which typically range from 2–3% of the purchase price. During our consultation, I'll help you understand what to expect based on your specific situation.
-
Loan requirements vary by lender and loan type, but many buyers qualify with scores in the mid-600s or higher. If you're unsure where you stand, I can connect you with a trusted lender who can review your situation and discuss available options.

Once you're under contract, most transactions close within 30–45 days. The overall timeline depends on your goals, financing, and how quickly you find the right home. Some buyers purchase within a few weeks, while others take several months.
